Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

I have 40 years of hydrographic charting experience. I am qualified by the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping as an offshore/inshore hydrographer. I am qualified under the auspices of the Fédération Internationale des Géométres / International Hydrographic Organization (FIG / IHO) at the Category A and B levels. I also have qualifications as a ships master. I am a registered Canada Lands Surveyor.

I have offered expert testimony or advice in some well known international and national ship grounding cases and know and understand ship's navigation as it pertains to international charting.
